Shipping & Returns Policy

Subject to the exceptions, time periods and requirements indicated below, S.Bower Inc. will accept refunds for merchandise if it is either (i) defective, or (ii) unused and unopened (within 30 days of purchase).

Exceptions to the Return Policy
Digital and video camera batteries are not eligible for return.

Return Requirements
In order to be eligible for return and refund, merchandise must be in the original packaging with all supplied components provided with the merchandise (including but not limited to batteries, chargers, cables, manuals, warranty cards and/or hang tags), and must include a copy of the invoice/packing slip. Shipping and handling fees from the original order will not be refunded unless the merchandise is defective, as determined by EnergizerDigital.com in its sole discretion.

All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To receive a RMA number, please call S.Bower Inc. toll-free at 1-800-446-7244 from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Return Period
To return merchandise for refund, customers must both (i) obtain a RMA number within 14 days of the date the order was delivered to the delivery address specified on the order (this date will be verified using the UPS tracking number), and (ii) return the merchandise so that it is received by S.Bower Inc. within 14 days of the date the RMA number was issued.

  S.Bower Inc. will not accept any merchandise for return after the return period has expired. After the return period has expired, please refer to any Limited Warranty that may be provided with the merchandise. 

Shipping Instructions
S.Bower Inc.’s address is listed below. The RMA number must be clearly written on the return label in the area designated. We strongly recommend shipping merchandise via UPS, USPS or any other delivery service that provides tracking information and insurance. The customer is responsible for any merchandise lost or damaged in transit to, and until it is received by, S.Bower Inc. Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are the customer's responsibility.

Any merchandise received without a properly displayed RMA number, or that otherwise does not meet the requirements of this policy, are unauthorized returns and will be refused and returned back to the sender.

Timing of Refund
S.Bower Inc. will issue a credit to the original payment method for properly returned merchandise. Please allow 2-4 weeks after return of merchandise for the credit to be processed and visible on the applicable payment statement.
